The ear cleaner is Dr Syme's favourite all purpose ear cleaning solution.  It combines the cleaning effects of hydrogen peroxide, the soothing nature of aloe vera, the astringent properties of sea minerals, and the antibacterial and anti fungal elements of tea tree oil.
